Do you rent cars without a driver?
No: ours is a chauffeur-driven car hire service (NCC), and every car comes with a driver.
Can I have the driver for the whole day?
Yes, with our multi-stop service: the driver stays at your disposal until the last appointment of the day.

On arrival: waiting, delays and times
Some photos have been enhanced with artificial intelligence (light, sharpness and clean-up): places, people, dishes and products are real.
Will the driver wait for me?
Yes, at the pick-up point given when booking: airport, station, port, hotel.
We always have a personalised welcome sign, and we load your luggage into the car.
What happens if my flight or train is late?
The driver waits for you. A delay to a scheduled flight or train doesn’t change the price.
Do you also travel at night or early in the morning?
Yes: the service runs 24 hours a day. Tell us the time when you book.

Children, groups and elderly people
Do you have child seats?
Yes. Ask for them when you book and tell us the children’s ages: you’ll find them already fitted in the car.
We’re a group with lots of luggage: is there room?
For groups and large families, we have our Mercedes Vitos, with room for luggage. Tell us how many of you there are.
Can I book for an elderly or disabled relative?
Yes. You can book for them, on WhatsApp too, and tell us what they need: the driver will accompany them all the way to their destination.
